B.Sc Nursing

Aim of the course

The B.Sc.(N) course is aimed at preparing the graduates to have sound theoretical knowledge with skills to assume responsibility as professional nurses for providing comprehensive care to sick and well.

Admission Procedure

Eligibility:

1. Age for admission: 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of the admission.

2. Candidates seeking admission for B.Sc. Nursing course should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (12 years course) with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English obtaining not less than 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in aggregate of the above four subjects from the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or of any other Board recognized as equivalent by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur.

3. Students who have passed the qualifying examination from other than Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan/ CBSE, will have to produce eligibility certificate from Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur before admission to the course. The decision of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur for eligibility and enrolment shall be final.

Basis of Selection:

The selection of the candidate to B.Sc. Nursing Course will be made on the basis of the merit of qualifying examination.

Reservation: 

As per policy of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur and Government of Rajasthan.

The hostel rules and regulations would be explained to the selected candidates and their parents/ guardians.

Note.
As per Government norms SC,ST,OBC(BPL) category students will get scholarship from government body i.e. SAMAJ KALYAN VIBHAG and college is approved fot it.
